ROLLZ MOTION

1. Is it safe?

The Rollz Motion has been certified by an international independent testing body,
TuV Rheinland, as meeting all of the specs and features claimed by Rollz. They have also certified that the Rollz Motion meets the ISO safety standard for rollators, and that the wheelchair attachment complies with the safety standards for a manually propelled wheelchair.

At the moment the Rollz Motion is available in Matt Black, Dark Purple, Island Blue and Pebble White.

3. Will the Rollz fit through a door frame in both rollator and wheelchair form?

The Rollz Motion in both rollator and wheelchair form will fit through standard New Zealand doorways and most New Zealand doorframes. The width of the Rollz is 65.5cm.

4. What is it made from?

The frame of the Rollz Motion is made from extruded aluminium.

5. Who designs it?

The Rollz Motion is designed by Rollz International, BV in the Netherlands. It is the result of significant research and development. The Rollz Motion is 10.6kg without the wheelchair attachment. The wheelchair attachment is 3.7 kgs.

You will need to contact the airline to find out their specific requirements and allowances. Most airlines will require you to check the Rollz in as baggage but some will let you take it right to the door of the aircraft if it is in wheelchair mode. A travel bag is sold as a separate accessory for the Rollz Motion. If this is of interest to you, please let us know. The Rollz Motion folds down to 86 x 29 x 63 cm size (a little smaller in volume than your average suitcase) and weighs 10.6kg. The wheelchair accessory can either be checked on or taken aboard as carry on luggage.

Yes. It can also be downloaded below. The Rollz is very easy to operate, but the videos below may be helpful too.

11. Do you lease/hire the Rollz Motion?

Yes. We have a hire unit to send to people who might be interested in purchasing one. The fee is  $50 for up to 10 days plus $100 delivery and return fee.
